The people of Wales are quite laborious and hard working therefore the choice of food they take is also very rich in calories. Bara brith is a rich tea loaf and sometimes known as a speckled bread.Once a week the bread is cooked in Welsh households.Welsh cakes are generally flat scone, baked on a sear and have a very distinctive flavor and aura.
