It consists of seven emirates, which include Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. The country contains 200 islands, covering an area of 83,600 square kilometers and is located at 23° 49 North, 54° 20 East.

The United Arab Emirates is formed as a federation of seven emirates - Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and which came together as one state on the 2nd of December 1971. Abu Dhabi is the capital of the country and it is ruled by the President of the UAE, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed al Nahyan. About the UAE climate in the summer’s (April to September), temperatures vary between 38-48°C in the daytime while at night it will very between 26-30°C with high humidity levels. In the winters in the months of October to March, the days are sunny and pleasant with an average of 26°C, while nights are cool with an average of 15°C (59°F).
