Castellon

Castellon is a province in Spain also known as Castellon de la Plana. The length of the province stretches almost 112 kilometers along the Mediterranean Coast of Spain. It is at the coast that the area known as “Costa Azahar” is formed. 0pportuniites abound for the tourists to the region. The area is one of the most mountainous provinces in the entire area of Spain. Travelers to the area will be delighted at the variety of possible opportunities available for them such as rural tourism, mountain walks and sleepy villages. With such a variety of options one need not feel that one is going to be bored. Thousands of tourists throng the beautiful well maintained beaches which stretch along the ‘Costa Azahar’. To see some interesting ornate carvings make a visit to the Saint Miquel Palace located strategically between ‘la Lonja’ and the ‘Plaza Mayor’.
