Sakura (Cherry Blossoms) as it is known in Japanese is the national flower of Japan. Since the 7th century the aristocrats have enjoyed looking at the cherry blossoms and have been writing poems. The Japan Mint Osaka Head Office is the place where one will get to see around 370 Sakura trees. This event is perhaps the most popular cherry blossom viewing in Osaka.
