The economy of Oristano is mainly based on predominantly farming. It is locate in the Sardinia region of Oristano province and is also the regions main city of the youngest province. This has a Spanish flavor. Like all rites which come before Lent, this competition is also a mixture of magic and pagan elements with Christian beliefs.
