Rolitos
Also known as beef olives in English, Rolitos is a thin slice of beef served along with eggs, beef bacon, herbs breadcrumbs, olives and vegetables.  It can be seared, fried or cooked in wine. The word rolito is derived from the Spanish word rollo that means 'roll', as the meat is wrapped around the ingredients placed inside.   

Rosto
Awell-liked local pasta dish of Italian origin that consists of macaroni made in tomato sauce with beef or pork, mushrooms and carrots or any other vegetable basically depending on the traditions of family which topped with minced "queso bola".

Panissa
This is a bread-like dish that has its origins from Italian cuisines. The ingredients used to make this dish are first cooked in a saucepan to make a fine paste which is then kept aside to cool down. When this paste dough is thickset, it is sliced into small strips and fried in olive oil.
