Obviously, you need passport and visa to enter the premises of France. Passport to France is valid for three months. However, Nationals of EU countries, Andorra, Liechtenstein, Monaco, San Marino and Switzerland holding valid national ID cards do not require this to go to France.

Visa for France

Visa for France is required by all except the following for a period not exceeding three months:

  • Nationals of Argentina, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Chile, Croatia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Hong Kong, Iceland, Israel, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand , Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Romania, Singapore, Uruguay, Vatican City and Venezuela.

  • Nationals of Bermuda, although visa-exempt when entering France, may still require visas to enter other Schengen countries.

Types of Visa and Cost:
  • A uniform Schengen visa is issued for short stay visits

  • 35 Pound Sterling is charged for all Schengen visa application

Validity:
  • There is six months validity on the short stay visa

  • Transit visas expire after a single and double entries of maximum five days per entry

  • You need to apply separately for a new entry

Application requirements
  • Two passport size photograph

  • Proof of occupation

  • Sufficient fund

  • Medical insurance
