Joutsa

Joutsa is one of the towns in Finland, a country with thousands of lakes and islands. One of its lakes, Saimaa is fifth largest in Europe. The landscape is mostly covered by coniferous taiga forests with little arable land. Granite is the most common type of rock. It is one among the countries, whose surface area is still growing.
