The climate in England is varied simply because Britain is an island country surrounded by sea. One is never sure how the weather will be like on two subsequent days. From March to May is Spring; Summer roughly between June to August; autumn happens between September to November; and December to February is the winter season. The overall climate in England can be called temperate maritime climate. It is difficult to predict the weather as the variable climate changes from day to day. In general terms one can say that the summers are warm and the winters cool. Though the summers are cooler than other countries of the continent, the winters are milder. One will find the months of July and August to be the warmest in England. Keeping the England climate in consideration it is recommended that tourists travel to England in the months of May, June, September and October which are considered to probably the best months for traveling in England. It is during these months that one will generally find the most pleasant climate in England with the most pleasant temperatures and less rain. |
